  Had an emperancing & sour experience at this Cold creamery next to Grand prairie mall on a Friday night.
  
  We never had get good coupons from this place. For once we got a good coupon for buy one get one free.
  After choosing our best two choices the cashier with Bluetooth headset on tells us we need to have paper copy of the coupon & declined to accept the electronic couple code.
  
  Gave some random reason that they got burnt in past for not demanding paper copies in past from previous customers.
  
  They could have easily used one of there own paper copies & respected our business.

  Cold Stone saved the day or birthday to be more exact! Outstanding customer service! I had been on the East Coast and arrived home at 10pm the night before my son's birthday and realized I had forgotten to order a cake. I have had the delicious ice cream but had never ordered a cake but that is what my son wanted. They went out of their way to assist me. I had called an hour before they opened twice. They noticed the missed calls and called me back!! Who gives that level of customer service nowadays? They initially said that 24 hours was required but when I explained the situation they said they would have it ready in 8 hours by 6:30 so I could get it on my way home. It was perfect, delivered with a smile and was one of the best ice cream birthday cakes we had ever had!

  This is my favorite place to eat ice cream. The quality of the ice cream is worth the price. The ice cream is so delicious that I feel my banana ice cream with almonds is a need instead of a want!!! Staff is so attentive and nice that I feel I am at home every time I go there! I love this place! :)
