  First off, I want to state that I was the winner of the Bridal unveiled dream wedding. Divine Design was my selected vendor and I was thrilled. Bonnie stated that she would be able to do individual pies, cakes, and cheese cakes for my wedding. Everything was wonderful and went smooth until wedding day. I arrived at my reception and our wedding coordinator informed my husband and I that the cake topper had just arrived and that the pecan pie arrived just an hour prior. We were just happy that they had made it in time for cake cutting. When we got to our sweetheart table, there sat our pecan pie in a tin foil holder! The dessert that is at the center of attention during pie cutting was in a tin foil holder!! I couldn’t believe my eyes but decided not to dwell on it. On top of the pecan pie situation, Bonnie also did not make the pies, cakes, and cheesecake in which my groom and I tasted and selected. Instead she brought pies that we had never even tasted! We had wanted chocolate gouache, lemon cake, apple crumble pie, pecan pie, and cheese cake. Instead we got coconut, banana, strawberry rhubarb, apple, and cheesecake. We also were told that we would have vintage white Martha Stewart stands for the deserts which we paid for out of pocket and did not receive! Our pie that we cut was just sitting on the table and, therefor, our guests could not even see what we were cutting.
  My mother stated she would call since my husband and I were leaving on our honeymoon the next day. When my mother called, Bonnie laughed at her when she asked for a refund since we did not get half of the items that we paid for. Bonnie stated that it was a donation. However, my husband and I paid for an equal amount of the deserts and were very dissatisfied when we did not receive what we paid for. Since we have already tried to contact Bonnie without resolution, we will be reporting her business to the Better Business Bureau due to us not receiving what we paid for. I am unsure if she had to much going on that day but it was just not a contest or a donation it was someones wedding. It was my wedding.
